How to download the carbonblack-release-*.rpm to install the product. This rpm contains the following

• EDR License
• CarbonBlack.repo
• carbonblack-alliance-client.crt/key

Environment

• Carbon Black EDR Server: All Versions

Resolution

Follow step 3 instructions in Get an installation RPM for the Carbon Black EDR Server to get the unique RPM file for your account. 

Additional Information

• If the file is missing, please create a non-technical case with the licensing team to generate the rpm file
• If the file name is not 1.0.4 or above, please create a non-technical case with the licensing team to generate a new rpm file. 1.0.4 and above contains the newer sha256 hashed carbonblack-alliance-client.crt/key.
