In some cases we have observed that the ConnectALL dashboard shows error 'Server not running' even if the CAMule service is running fine.
Logs shows error with ConnectALL deployment.

On troubleshooting it is found that the contents of ../Mule../apps/ directory were deleted resulting CAMule service to run into issue while starting.
Restore the deleted folders/files from Recycle Bin from latest backup you might have.
If you don't have the file system backup, upgrading to same version resolves the issue.
