BGP neighborship is not established with new BGP neighbors after setting password in Tier-0 or Tier-0 VRF

Issue/Introduction

Creation of new BGP neighborship does not come to established state in NSX GUI and session does not show up in CLI

Cause

The Tier-0 or Tier-0 VRF has BGP neighbor password in wrong format as "Space" character is not allowed in Tier-0 and Tier-0 VRF. 

This incorrect password in the config is causing the failure to push routing config to FRR.

Resolution

The issue has been fixed in NSX release 9.0.

The workaround is to remove and add the t0-vrf with correct BGP neighbor password without "space" character in it as "space" is not allowed while setting BGP neighbor password in tier-0 or tier-0 VRF
