REMOVE_OBJECT script function deletes CLIENT_QUEUE

Issue/Introduction

The CLIENT Queue is automatically created for each Client and is available by default in the Process Assembly perspective under <No Folder>. This queue cannot be renamed, deleted, copied, transported, exported, or imported, and has no queue exceptions. However, it was found that a user was able to remove the CLIENT Queue using the REMOVE_OBJECT script function. The expected behavior is that the script or job should fail and prevent the deletion of the CLIENT Queue, particularly when the object is designated as "CLIENT_QUEUE.
