Monitoring of Oracle standby databse server and database is in mount state

Issue/Introduction

We tried test connection on oracle server but getting error TNS could not resolve the connect identifier 

From oracle.log

oracle: Profile: XXXXX, Oracle error! Status: -1, - ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

Environment

UIM 23.4

Oracle 5.45

Resolution

The Oracle database generated the error (ORA-00942) because the instance is in a mount state. 

As per probe design,it will not be monitor able by the oracle probe.
