If a Partner customer has multiple service principals with a critical status that are not assigned to any tenant, what is the most effective method to remove them from the environment after confirming they are no longer in use?
Since bulk deletion is not possible from the CH UI, the following steps must be followed:
Navigate to Partner > Customers > List.
Use the Smart Filters to select Cloud Type - Azure and run the report.
Count the number of accounts that are actively used for Azure.
Log in to each account individually by switching tenants, then navigate to Setup > Accounts > Azure Service Principal.
Note down the Tenant ID and Application ID for all accounts.
Switch to the Partner Tenant and go to Setup > Accounts > Azure Service Principal.
Search using either the Tenant ID or Application ID recorded in Step 5.
Identify the matching service principals, and the remaining ones can be deleted accordingly.
