SITEMINDER

Issue/Introduction

Siteminder repository is a private Docker repository; a credential is required to pull the siteminder images.

After the credential expires, the user also needs to acquire a new one.

Resolution

Acquire new credential of siteminder repository:

------ Login the Broadcom support portal for siteminder product

------ Select the product which supports container siteminder, such as "SiteMinder for Business Users MULTI-PLATFORM", "SiteMinder for Consumer Users MULTI-PLATFORM", etc. -- depends on entitlement

------ Click the "docker" icon shown as below

------ A "Download Instructions" window will pop up, showing the Siteminder repository credential (user_name and token).

- Renew credential:

Remove the Helm repository and add it back with the correct credential. Then, export the values.yaml file from the Helm deployment and update it with the correct credential for use in the Helm upgrade.
