AwE-5516 | Provided Email addresses are not in valid format when saving notification

Issue/Introduction

In 9.6.0, when a notification has an Email Recipients set with a replacement value or substitution variable like {email},{#SUB_VAR_NAME}, the object cannot be saved.  When attempting to make changes and Apply those changes, a popup shows up with:

AwE-5516
Formatter data input error
Provided Email addresses are not in valid format

These same entries were allowed in 9.5.3 and earlier.

Resolution

This will be fixed in 9.6.1 where replacement values or subvars are allowed.
