Status Report is blank when trying to preview/publish

Issue/Introduction

In new UX. user is reporting that when they are generating PDF from Status Report Preview, report will not generate (its blank). go into the status report (which has the previous weeks date from the previously published report). When the user selects "view", it is SUPPOSED to show the status report instead get a blank screen.  

Error Message in Logs:

Exception while removing blank pages from PDF : java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: 1-based index out of bounds: 2

Error Message in developer tool:

 Failed to load response data: No data found for resource

Cause

View was set in "Italic" 

Resolution

Changed the View to "Standard View" 

Clear browser's cache
