Rally Recycle Bin Is Not Displaying Any Items

Issue/Introduction

The Recycle Bin in Rally isn't displaying any items for one user. Other users are able to view the items in the bin. 

Cause

Most likely caused by a corrupted or conflicting preference.

Resolution

Inn the Recycle Bin add a view using the dropdown to try and trigger the recycle bin to update and display the items.
