In DX NetOps Performance Management Portal the Discovery Profile can't be run. The State column for the profile entry shows "No Data Collectors installed".
The Data Collector is tied to a custom IP Domain that is part of a custom Tenant.
The Data Collector is tied to the correct Tenant but the IP Domain can't be changed from Default Domain to the custom IP Domain.
When administering the tenant as it's administrative user there is no menu option for Discovery Profiles.
All supported DX NetOps Performance Management releases
By default when the custom Tenant and it's administrative user is first created, the administrative user in the custom tenant does not have administrator level access to the Data Aggregator data source.
The administrative user is missing administrator rights to the Data Aggregator Data Source.
The Discovery Profile gets created under the Tenant that will host the discovered devices.
To resolve the problem administer the tenant as the initial administrative user. Go to Administration -> User Settings -> Users.
Edit the administrative user. Provide it with full administrator rights to the Data Aggregator data source. Save the changes.
When the page reloads we should now see the expected menus, including the one for Discovery Profiles.
Create the new Discovery Profile here under the custom Tenant to resolve the problem.
