Issue/Introduction

Spectrum SANM Notifier Filter ignores the Alarm Type element within the filter resulting in unwanted alarms passing the Alarm Notifier policy.

Environment

Spectrum 23.3.x, 24.3.x

Cause

SANM Filter completely ignores the Alarm Cause Element of the filter when 256 Alarm Causes are excluded.

Resolution

Define the Alarm Cause exclusion within the filter to have 255 or less or 257 or more exclusions.

This will be resolved in Spectrum 24.3.9
