Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to 16.1 on Enforce and other detection servers, EDM and IDM replication fails.
Replication status sits on "Has not started receiving version #"

Environment

Upgraded environment to 16.1 with a virtual appliance still connected.
Virtual appliance product has been depreciated are replaced with Universal Detection Server(UDS) so no upgrade path exists for the appliance.

Resolution

Remove the appliance from the console:

Removing a server

This can then be replaced with a UDS detector that can perform the same functions:

Adding the API Detection Server

Additional Information

16.1MP1 will have a fix for this issue. This does not add support for the deprecated API appliance software, but the fix will prevent an API virtual appliance being connected and not yet replaced with a UDS from preventing the distribution of EDM and IDM profiles.
