Dollar Universe installer crashes on Windows with Crowdstrike XUMD Aggresive

Issue/Introduction

Not able to install any of Dollar Universe components on Windows server.

The installation windows does not appear. The Windows Event Viewer shows the below error message:

Cause

Issue was in crowdstrike antivirus program where the XUMD policy setting was set to aggressive.

Resolution

Change the XUMD policy setting to cautious to be able to install Dollar Universe components.
