Cloned ConnectALL Automation Fields Show Red Exclamation Points

Issue/Introduction

When modifying a cloned automation, an error is shown in the user interface

Error retrieving fields from <system> (https://system.example.com).

 

The fields all show a red exclamation mark and it is not possible to proceed with modification

 

Inspecting the logs reveals the following error:

org.json.JSONException: A JSONObject text must begin with '{' at 0 [character 1 line 1]

Resolution

Ensure the user account is in good standing; enabled and not locked out.

Ensure that the user has appropriate permissions.
