Issue/Introduction

When trying to remove (via the Provisioning Manager) from the account a Device having a serviceName with no connection to targetAccounts, the "CA Privileged Access Manager" connector is unable to parse the Json response returned by the PAM endpoint.

Error returned in IMPM, jcs_daily and etatans log:

<date time> [ApacheDS Worker-thread-55] (com.ca.jcs.core:com.ca.jcs.osgi.exchange.router.MessageRouter:556) ERROR  - JCS@<hostname of JCS machine>: failed to parse '<json payload>' as a JSON value: com.ca.commons.json.JSONParseException: Invalid JSON data at line 1 column <column number>

Environment

Identity Manager standalone or Virtual Appliance version 14.X

Resolution

Please use Identity Manager User console UI to perform this operation.

As per information in techdoc CA Privileged Access Manager only IM User console UI should be used to make changes using CA Privileged Access Manager.
