Approval Policies in Aria Automation 8.18 do not trigger Auto Approval/Rejection

Issue/Introduction

In Aria Automation 8.18, approval policies configured to auto-approve or auto-reject requests after a defined time may remain in a "pending" state after this defined time.
The requests can still be manually approved or rejected.

Cause

Error in approval-service-app.log at the time of auto approval/rejection:

Resolution

Fix due to be released in Aria Automation 8.18.1-Patch2.
