Internet not working inside iso simulator due to certificate_error with WSS Agent active

Issue/Introduction

User is working on iso simulator app on mac and getting certificate error inside ios simulator browser when accessing any sites on internet.

Cause

ios simulator not trusting Cloud Service Root CA

Resolution

Step-1: Export/get Cloud SWG SSL Root CA file.

Open Keychain Access.

Go to Finder > Applications > Utilities, then locate and open the Keychain Access application from the list.

In the Keychain Access window, under the Keychains sidebar, click System

Now look for Cloud Service Root CA then right click on it and click export and save it to specific folder. (Cloud SWG Root CA.cer).

Note: If you do not have rights to access Keychain access then alternatively you can download Cloud SWG SSL root Certificate file by following steps mentioned on link.

Step-2:

Now drag exported CA file onto iso simulator window and post that user should not get the certificate error anymore while browsing any sites.
