Issue/Introduction

 This monitor runs every Sunday morning.  There was an issue with the notification that it triggered notification 2 times instead of 1.

Resolution

Enable the policy and not set anything under Trigger Notification.

Additional Information

With policy disabled, there was NO notification channel that triggered.
