Accessibility - Timesheet Notes menu slow to open with key shortcuts

Issue/Introduction

When using keyboard shortcuts vs mouse click, the Timesheet timeentry notes menu takes very long time to open

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Connect to Clarity 16.3.0
2. Go to MUX Timesheets
3. Open a timesheet with tasks on or add some tasks
4. On a task you will see a three dot Actions menu – click on it and select Notes with your mouse
5. Note it’s instantaneous
6. Now let’s do the same action with the keys
7. Click at the top of the screen, now use Tab key to navigate
8. Tab to the Project Name
9. Now use Arrow down to get to the task – Arrow Right to the Action menu
10. Hit Enter – first menu is Notes selected, hit Enter again

Expected Results: The time to open Notes menu on timeentry should be the same with the keys as it is with mouse click

Actual Results: Notes menu takes a very long time to come up (over 30 sec)
