Issue/Introduction

We have made changes to our LAN IP, and as a result our Experience paths do not seem to be working anymore.

Resolution

When creating Experience paths, you are able to select the interface that the delivery paths will execute from.  In the event that the Static IP has changed, the Experience path may need to be re-created with a new Interface. 

This can be done by opening the Web App Group:



Then clicking the Plus symbol to select different Experience paths:

 

Then choosing from the available interfaces.  A workaround to this behaviour is to use the Auto interface, which allows the monitoring point to determine which interface to use for the connection testing.  Be aware that auto may choose from any of the available interfaces:
