CA DRAS is not available for the security check function

Issue/Introduction

After applying maintenance to Common Services on DR systems, the CCS environment was ported to production.

After doing so, logon to Web Viewer failed with 
CA DRAS is not available for the security check function

Cause

Mismatch between CCIENF and Web Viewer parameters

Resolution

Change these  PARM values in CCIENF to match the values in the Web Viewer server parms.
