Issue/Introduction

While verifying the Identity Manager directory configuration that is used and synchronized for Aria Automation , the following errors can occur

When attempting to sync you might experience this error before the directory is completed.

Environment

Aria Automation 8.x

Identity Manager (3.3.7)  Workspace Access 

Cause

The user account , or service account used for API calls in Aria Automation, requires matched attributes to the directory/user/group that is being synchronized for Aria Automation to be used as API role.

Resolution

 Update the EmailAddress attribute on the Service Account in Active Directory, then re-synchronize in IDM in order for Aria Automation to consume that user/group/service account.
