Facing trouble login to the Symantec Connector server management console, getting an Error HTTP 503 as below.
All Identity Manager
The issue can be solved by applying the following procedure below:
1)Stop JCS Service
2)Delete the following folders
3)..\Connector Server\Data\activemq
4)..\Connector Server\data\cache
5)..\Connector Server\data\derby
6)..\Connector Server\data\port
7)..\Connector Server\jcs\data\jdbm\etasa
8)..\Connector Server\jcs\data\jdbm\SA Configuration
9) Start JCS Service
Now you can try logging into the Management Console
Remember to import any custom bundles/connectors you have built.
