Issue/Introduction

We currently have the problem that spans of one trace can neither be connected in Grafana nor in NewRelic.

 

Frontend client:

• TraceId: XXXXXXXXXX
• SpanId: YYYYY

 

MSG 2:

• TraceId: XXXXXXXXXX (correct)
• SpanId: ZZZZZ
• ParentSpanId: YYYYY (correct)

 

Backend:

• TraceId: XXXXXXXXXX (correct)
• SpanId: AAAAA
• ParentSpanId: BBBBB (INCORRECT)

A new hot fix has been created to address this issue. Please open a Support ticket to acquire the hotfix The fix has been officially released in v11.1.2.
