Issue/Introduction
After configuring the management pack for Cisco UCS in Aria Operations, all objects have generic names and cannot determine which UCS Manager they are related to
Environment
VMware Aria Operations 8.x
Cause
The Advanced Configuration > Prepend Adapter Instance Name to Object is set to False by default
Resolution
- Navigate to Administration > Integrations
- Click on the vertical 3 dots next to the Cisco UCS adapter and select Edit
- Expand Advanced Settings
- Set Prepend Adapter Instance Name to Object to True
