IICS Job Suspended

Issue/Introduction

An IICS startAndMonitorTaskFlow Job is defined in running through in our Scheduler through the IICS Plugin Extension. It launches the job in IICS, but the job shows as Suspended. Why?

Environment

WA System Agent: 12.x

IICS Plugin Extension: 1.0.7

Cause

This was related to the job pointing to a Taskflow that was named the same in a different IICS Project. 

Resolution

Work with the IICS Administrator to:

• Check to see if the job being created in IICS is being created in the expected Project.
• Confirm the Service URL for the Taskflow in question.
• Confirm the API Name for the Taskflow in question. 

Make the appropriate corrections to the IICS Plugin Extension job - to point to the correct IICS Taskflow.
