Data-Partition Constraint on duration attributes

Issue/Introduction

Can duration attribute be used in Data-partition constraints?

This question raises when Service Desk administrators consider use DURATION type of attributes for data partition and run into some issue.

 

Environment

Service Desk Manager 17.3 and higher

Resolution

Duration attributes are currently not supported in Data-partitions. This requires extremely low level code changes.
