Not able to open a Trace

Issue/Introduction

When clicking on a Trace from the Transaction Trace view, nothing happens.

Environment

DX Platform on-premise any release.

Resolution

Tthis is a known issue and we have already released a fix in our SaaS. 

The expected date to have this fix in the On premisses environment is around the end of April 2025.
