After upgrading to Aria Automation Config 8.18.1 the ServiceNow Plugin for Aria Automation no longer populated its dropdowns.

Issue/Introduction

There is a new version of the ServiceNow Plugin for Aria Automation that is compatible with Aria Automation 8.18.1. If you do not upgrade to that version of the plugin then the dropdowns in the plugin workflows do not populate.

Resolution

Upgrade the ServiceNow Plugin for Aria Automation to the version below and run a workflow to confirm it is now working.
