LiveUpdate Administrator (LUA) Failing to Download and Distribute Updates displaying the error: "Manage Updates has no updates to distribute. Please download content to distribute."
In addition to this error, you may encounter download and distribution failures with messages such as:
"No updates are currently available for the products selected in this schedule."
These failures indicate a potential issue with the LUA server’s connectivity to the Source Server, preventing updates from being downloaded and distributed successfully.

Verify Network Connectivity:
Download PSExec from Microsoft Sysinternal tools.
The PSExec test should be conducted specifically on the following URLs on port 80. (please verify your Source Server in the LUA Configure Tab)
Firewall/Proxy Validation:
If the PSExec results for the LiveUpdate URLs return FALSE, this confirms that the server cannot reach them due to a network path issue.
Further network troubleshooting (e.g., checking routing, DNS, firewall rules, and proxy settings) will be required to resolve the connectivity problem.
