Host Summary and Conversation Summary return no data.

Issue/Introduction

Introduction: 

When looking at an Interface Overview page beyond the last two months no data is rendered for Host Summary and Conversation Summary views.

Question: 

Why are these views not populated?

NFA 9.3

Windows 2008/2012

RedHat Linux 5.5/5.6/6.7

Answer: 

The 15 minute data is retained differently based on type. The retention of 15 minute data is managed by the Harvester or DSA via the CA NFA Data Retention service and maintains the following defaults: 

Data Type		Retention in Days
ToS		372
Protocol		372
ToS Protocol		372
Host		67
Conversion		67
As		67
ToS Conversation		67
ToS Host		67

Additional Information:

Retention can be adjusted but it is not recommended without the assistance of a Technical Support representative.
