You have a Business Rule for Baseline that disabled the ability to updated the current version of a baseline however it is not being respected.
Steps to Reproduce:
Pre-condition: Project Manager group has global right “Project – Modify Baseline – All”; Resource is in the Project Manager group and is the Project Manager of the project
Steps to reproduce:
- With resource that has admin access rights
- In the Project blueprint, created the following business rule
- Rule name: Disable editing of Baseline Current Revision
- Target Object: Baseline
- Rule Type: View Page
- Conditions: Access Groups = Project Manager
- Actions: Disable Editing attributes > Disable selected > Current Revision
- Save and publish the blueprint.
- Update a project with this blueprint
- Make the resource in the Project Manager group the project manager
- navigate to the Baseline module > no existing baseline
- Create two baselines, Baseline 1 and Baseline 2
- Baseline 1: marked as Current Revision by Clarity
- Baseline 2: not marked as Current Revision
- Log in as the project manager
- Go to the Project>Baseline Module
- Right click on Baseline 2 > Select Make Current Revision
Expected Results: Unable to update the baseline current revision and receive a toast message caused by a business rule
Actual Results:The current revision is updated to Baseline 2
