Clarity/Rally sync job is updating all records

Issue/Introduction

The integration is Rally to Clarity.  When running the Sync Mapped Information job it takes unusually long.  When reviewing it shows that the job is going through all records, not just the ones that were updated.

In general, the data is compared and if there is no change in the system the record is skipped. So if one record is updated, only one record will be in staging and will be updated in Clarity/Rally Systems(based on direction).

The behavior described above is caused by attributes with Rich Text data type.  There is a limitation where the Rich text content cannot be compared.  Because of this limitation if there is a Rich Text field enabled for integration it will sync all records even if there has not been a change.
