DB load to 24.X on oracle core dumps; after ini, log is blank

Issue/Introduction

During the installation/upgrade process of automic V 24.x with Oracle as a database, the DB Load (ucybdbld) failed with blank lines on the dbload log along with a core dump generated

This is the below error seen on ora.trc log file.

This problem appears to be originating from Oracle, not Automic.

Further investigation on the Oracle side revealed that the Customer had installed the Oracle instant client rather than the full Oracle Client to establish a connection with an Oracle database.

After uninstalling the Oracle instant client and installing the Oracle full client, the customer can successfully install and upgrade in the same environment.
