Notifications grid - Group by Target Object - Creating a new 'Staff' Notification causes a 'Team' grouping

Issue/Introduction

Summary: When using the 'Target Object' as the Group By in the Administration, Notifications grid layout, the creation of a new 'Staff' Notification causes a 'Team' grouping.  If there is already other 'Staff' Notifications they are grouped both here and under the 'Staff' grouping. Refreshing the page removes the 'Team' grouping. 

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Login as an Administrator with access to Administration, Notifications. 
2. Click 'New Notification' button. 
3. Create a new 'Staff' Notification. 
4. In the Notifications grid, add the 'Target Object' to the layout and use it for the 'Group By'. 
5. Create a 2nd new 'Staff' Notification, save and return to the grid. 

Expected Results: We should only see a 'Staff' grouping. 

Actual Results: A 'Team' group is shown in the list and when expanded, shows both 'Staff' Notifications. The existing 'Staff' group is shown and updated to display both 'Staff' Notifications too.

Workaround: Refresh the browser page and the 'Team' grouping is removed and the 'Staff' grouping remains as expected.
