Dropbox download delay

Issue/Introduction

Downloading a file using dropbox does not begin for approximately 30 seconds for files under 300MB.

 

Cause

When CloudSWG needs to inspected a file either because of the CASB gatelet or malware analysis, a delay is seen.  ICAP trickling does not help resolve the delay.

Resolution

Broadcom is aware of the issue and is looking further into the issue. Engineering reference WSU-6021.

No further issue is seen with the download except the initial delay.
