Can a Cumulative Build be installed on its own or should it be installed on the Base Webviewer Install

Issue/Introduction

Cumulative builds are available for Web Viewer 12.1
They are numbered, for eg Cumulative Build 245 for web Viewer 12.1
The higher the number of the build the latest it is.  

Resolution

Cumulative Build must be installed on an already installed Base Web Viewer 12.1.
Cumulative Builds include all previous builds, so you can install the latest available and will include all builds before it.
