AA Admin error - User or Administrator cannot be created in the Organization(s) that you manage

Issue/Introduction

When editing the custom attribute of a LDAP user, it fails with the error "User or Administrator cannot be created in the Organization(s) that you manage" in Admin Console.

Release : 9.1.5.1

Cause

Regression at 9.1.5.1 as fix exists at 9.1.5

Resolution

A Hotfixhas been  created by Broadcom Engineering to address this issue. Kindly file a new support case requesting this fix.
