NetVoyant Service Manager Service fails to start from the Windows Service Manager.
This is likely caused by a problem with table or series of tables in the NetVoyant database.
1. Download the database repair tool https://ftp.broadcom.com/user/downloads/pub/netqos/supporttools/releasedtools/DBToolv3.exe
2. Drop to a command line and run the following:
dbtoolv3 repair nms2
3. Once completed start the NetVoyant Service Manager Service.
