Issue/Introduction
In the Jasper report, the selected time never matches the desired time in the date filter, resulting in a three- or four-hour shift. This behavior started mainly after daylight saving time.

Resolution
The issue has been solved after applying the hotfix JRS 9.0.0 Cumulative Hotfix.
