We ran the" script after the Service Desk Manager upgrade by following the steps stated on the Service Desk Manager r14.1 Wiki site. However, the extension of our customized files was not changed and a list of r14.1 incompatible forms files was not generated.

The document on the wiki page has incorrect information and it is in the process of being updated.

The "" script is invoked from the migrate_to_r14_1.vbs that was executed by CA Service Desk Manager upgrade/migration. As a result, No list will be displayed in the output of the script and no file extension will be changed if you run the script again after the upgrade. Also the script "" cannot be executed prior to a CA Service Desk Manager upgrade.

Step 2 says d to open using a text editor, however, no incompatible forms will be listed in the file. Also, no files will be generated by the script as stated in the documentation
