When I login into Clarity (classic) and when browse to different Tab's, various display buttons and screen references are not displaying correctly. This is happening to random users and is an intermittent issue.
Please Flush the Clarity Cache:
Below are the steps:
- Log in to the Clarity application as an admin user
- Modify the URL field to https://<server>/niku/nu#action:security.caches
- From the Caches tab, select all by clicking the Select All button
- Click the Flush All button
- Log out & Log in back to check if the problem persists
