Banner "You are using Operations for Logs in the evaluation mode" displays after removing the component license

Issue/Introduction

Attempts to assign vSphere Enterprise Plus for VCF goes into evaluation mode after removing the component license.

Environment

Aria Operations for logs 8.18.x

Cause

vCenter 7.x is integrated with Aria Operations for Logs.

Resolution

1. From the vSphere client select the vCenter. 
2. Under configure > Licensing, verify that vSphere 8 Enterprise Plus for VCF is assigned.
3. Log into Aria Operations for Logs as admin or privileged user.
4. Navigate to Management > License.
5. Remove the license by hitting the X and Remove.
6. Navigate to Integration > vSphere. 
7. Remove the vCenter 7.x integration from vSphere Integration by clicking the radio button and Delete.
8. Click the radio button next to the vCenter with the VCF license and select Edit.
9. Enter the password for the vCenter, click the Test Connection button, and the Save.
10. Navigate to Management > License and verify VCF license displays.
