Missing Dashboard alarms

Issue/Introduction

We have a dashboard developed in DX APM Introscope that monitors an application. It contains a screen to view alarms, but it is intermittently turning gray. 

Resolution

There was an increase in pods for the application to meet a specific demand. In our opinion this was the cause of the problem. After reducing the pods, the reported problem no longer occurred.
