Unable to start agents from AWI on Automic SaaS

Issue/Introduction

When going to the Administration perspective in the AWI and then to the Agents & Agent Groups panel, right-clicking on the agent, and choosing Start, the agent does not start.

Resolution

This is by design.  Currently agents cannot be started from the Administration perspective in Automic SaaS systems.
