Issue/Introduction

I restored my Enforce server with the Reinstallation Resources bundle, but my detectors are NOT communicating in a timely manner with Enforce.

Environment

DLP 16.1 with KEK Caching DISABLED.

Cause

Enforce connects to detectors sequentially. If a number of detectors are offline, this can cause delays in connecting and replicating data to detectors that are online.

Resolution

Upgrade to 16.1 MP1

for 16.0 do the following:

Remove downed detectors from the console to reduce churn in the connection attempts.
