Download URL doesn't exist for "ADOMD.NET 13" in IRC on attempt to install ITMS

Issue/Introduction
During IRC (Install Readiness Check) verification in SIM (Symantec Installation Manager), the following requirement is not met:
ADOMD.NET 13.0
When you click on "Click here to download and install ADOMD.NET 13.0" link, it doesn't provide the right URL link (it has been moved by Microsoft):
Environment
ITMS 8.7.x
Cause
The ADOMD.NET 13.0 required file has been moved to a different location under Microsoft site.
Resolution
This issue has been reported to our Broadcom Development team. A fix will be provided in the next SIM release version.
In the meantime, use this new official link to download this required msi package:
