When running Forecast Report the SKIP function under Job Definition in Scheduler Job Management is not working as per definition.

Issue/Introduction

When updating a job with the SKIP option 3 (As per Manual/Documentation --- Skip - Autoscan will not include this job in the workload the number of times specified here.)
When running a forecast report for the Year 2025 – we can see that the Job from the schedule is in the forecast for entire year and doesn't get skipped.

Resolution

Use SKIP=YES to cause FORECAST to honor the SKIP values on jobs and schedules. Jobs and schedules that were skipped are reported on the SELECTED report with a status of SKIPPED. SKIP=NO is the default, which causes FORECAST to ignore the SKIP value.
