Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce: 

  1. Setup an automation with ServiceNow and Jira9 to sync attachment. Jira is behind proxy.
  2. Run automation and make sure the attachment sync works.
  3. Upgrade Jira to Jira10
  4. Run the automation and verify if the attachment sync works.

 

Actual Results: 
Attachments sync will no longer work and you will see error below in logs.

com.go2group.connectall.JiraRestConnector: Exception ( Message: Unable to add the attachment in Jira due to the error Forbidden Cause: null

java.lang.Exception: Unable to add the attachment in Jira due to the error Forbidden

 

Expected Results: 
Attachment sync should work fine as Jira9 as there are no changes in proxy and permissions.
